Hilton Harrisburg Near Hershey Park

No response when asking to have glassware brought up to the room.

We were traveling to Hershey Park and the hotel was convenient for us. We checked the reviews for other hotels in the area and most got terrible reviews. We arrived very late and left after breakfast. The room was clean, the staff was nice and the rate per night was fair. The selection at the breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel is located nearby a night club which was a bit loud. While checking in, the receptionist offered to move us if we so desired. It was not necessary as we crashed. No valet parking was offered when we arrived (Saturday at 10.30pm). The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the that the shower curtain was missing. It took the maintenance staff two visits to fix the problem. Hotel staff was nice about it and did their best.

The breakfast buffet is excellent, as is.

The valet parking experience was shaky, there are two places in different sides of the hotel to go for drop off and pickup. This isn't ever said. I had arms full and it was raining so I didn't appreciate the fact I had to walk more. Overall the staff seemed happy to stay engaged with whatever they were doing, aloof from their customers.

WiFi in room did not work. Entire mezzanine floor under construction. Front door/valet. nearly impossible to find at night. Self parking is a nightmare. Heating was inadequate in 12th floor room.

Truly enjoyed our spotless and updated rooms in this hotel.

The breakfasts here were great and excellent with omelets and beautiful views, for example. The room was kept clean and available with a'at home' feel.

It was 2 blocks from my appointment. The registration desk were wonderful and upgraded my room to a king. Perfect view from the corner room on the 11th floor.

Everything was really nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bed was most uncomfortable. I was sore for two days after. It's not a big deal, but they have me keys for an occupied room.

I never received a receipt. They were unable to add the cost of breakfast to the room bill at the time of my checking out, so they said they would email me but I did not hear anything more. I ordered a double espresso in the restaurant and it cost $9!!!!!

They lost my reservation and offered us a room with a pullout couch instead.

Fancy and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were lively, and it had ideal location to various areas such as Strawberry square through a skyway link on level 2. We stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a'at home' feel and a bathroom, as example. Try excellent dishes served at the rustic restaurant.
